Shipping

Depending on availability orders are despatched from multiple locations across Australia, United States, United Kingdom or China. For example: if you ordered in Australia and the product is out of stock in our Australian warehouse then, your item(s) will despatch from other warehouse locations in other countries stated above. The usual arrival time from when you placed an order will arrive at it's destination between 7-14 business days, not including and processing days.

Once you placed an order, we have have a 3 step processing method, this can take up-to 3 business days depending on how in demand the product is. You will receive tracking information either via email or SMS between 1-5 business days once we ship out your order.

This is very rare but it can happen from time to time, our system is sophisticated and will notify us if your parcel hasn't yet been delivered, we will investigate the problem and notify the customer. If for any reason we cannot track the parcel and has been lost we will either refund you or resend the same order.

Yes. If you spend AU $50 or more on a single transaction you'll be entitled to free shipping Worldwide.

Usually we don't. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days after you've placed your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Payments

The prices you see are specified for every individual product and stated in Australian dollars. However we might convert our prices to the local currency you access our website from, they might exclude possible shipping charges which are calculated and added on the price at checkout. We are not responsible for any charges in currency value or conversion rates your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country's currency.

When placing and order with us means your parcel will ship from multiple locations including AU, US, UK or CN, this means when your parcel arrives at it's destination it may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes before customs clearence and any duties and/or taxes must be paid before collection or delivery.

RETURNS

Once you contact us for your return and assuming it's approved, we will then email you the information to return your goods.

It is very rare this happens, although sometimes it's possible a faulty sock might slip thru our quality control. If this is the case, we will ask you to take a picture of the product and email it thru to us for approval for either a exchange or a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No. Please do not send your purchase back to us, if your purchase was made at one of our stockist retailers, return your products for a refund or exchange to the store you have made purchase, please note refund policies vary from store to store.

We might not accept if the socks are not in its original packaging, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

No. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
