We despatch orders from multiple locations within Australia and around the globe. Depending on product availability and demand, your item(s) may despatch from different warehouse locations closest to you. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, remote and rural areas in most cases take longer to arrive at it's destination.
⚠️ Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are experiencing some delays on transit shipping times for domestic and international orders. Feel free to make a purchase as your orders will arrive at it's destination however, but please allow a further 1-3 business days on top of your ETA for your parcel to arrive for obvious reasons. 3 Step Processing.
Requesting to cancel your orders
- If you want a refund due to change of mind.
- If you request to be refunded due to finding cheaper somewhere else.
- If you don't need the item(s) anymore.
We will only cancel your purchase if we have not already actioned your order for example, if we didn't process or pack your products yet, have it picked up by any carriers, if we have not implemented any actions stated above only then we will cancel your order and refund your purchase. However, please note that cancelled orders are only refunded as a credit via added credits to your account or store gift cards.
Shipping And Delays
When you place a order and it's been despatched and on the way to you with our carrier, we have no control over any delays caused by the shipping company. We are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping company error. Our shipping times provided is an estimate only, the transit times are passed on from our shipping companies we use. Some orders may vary in reaching it's final destinations due to locations for example: metro city areas are quicker to reach it's destination than rural country areas.
Delays may occur during any sales periods, public holidays, shipping issues, break downs such as systems failure. It is your responsibility as the customer to read and understand our shipping policy before committing to place any orders via our website www.wearproof.com.au.
When you commit to buy and purchase any item(s) on our website this means you agree in full to our shipping terms and conditions as follows.
- You agree to our shipping policy.
- You agree and understand we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping company
- You agree that our shipping times are an estimate only and delays can be expected during sales periods, public holidays, transit delays or systems failure.
Once you place your order, our system will notify the customer within a few minutes. If tracking numbers show the status of the delivery has been successful and signed by the recipient, but you are disputing you have not received your item(s) then, please contact us and we will help investigate it for you.
If you place an order and notify us to mark your package as authority to leave then, this means you take full responsibility for the item(s) during transit. Wearproof or our shipping carrier is removed and as the customer "you' will be fully responsible for any errors made during transit or to the parcel.
If for any reason you received your parcel that has been damaged when on transit then you can contact us, send photographic evidence to credit your claim and our service team will sort it out for you.
If for example: You have not received your parcel yet but the tracking indicates that the parcel was successfully delivered or signed for but you are disputing no one has made delivery then, the customer "you" must contact the shipping carrier to investigate this further. Wearproof is not responsible for such claim but we can assist in resolving this issue with the carrier. If this has occurred and you would like us to help assist you resolving your case with the assigned carrier then please contact us.
Shipping And Returns
We ship world wide and the current rates are as follows:
- FREE world wide shipping for orders over AUD $50 or equivalent to AUD $50 for any other currency.
- AUD $5 flat rate world wide shipping for orders under AUD $50 or under AUD $50 equivalent in any other currency.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping, any costs associated with return postage must be covered by "you" the customer. Any purchases must be returned back to us within 14 days starting on the day you accepted delivery. We will only issue store credit for returns to be redeemed within 12 months.
To be eligible to return your item(s) you must meet the requirements as follows:
- Item(s) must be brand new unopened and unused, they must be in their original condition just like you've received them.
- Item(s) must have labels, tags still attached and not removed.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, perfume free.
Their are some item(s) we do not accept for exchange or return due to hygiene reasons. The below item(s) will not be accepted for exchange or return including but not limited to:
Customs And Import Duties
Some countries may charge you custom fees or import taxes, we are not responsible for these charges. "you" as the customer is responsible to check and be aware of and fees stated above. We will not cover these costs for you. It is required by you to check your countries custom and importation laws before committing to making a purchase from our website www.wearproof.com.au.
If you failed to check your countries custom and importation laws and when your item(s) arrive at your destination your item(s) have incurred taxes or import duties to them and you refuse to pay then, your item(s) will be returned back to us as the sender and we will contact us to arrange a re-shipment or refund you via store credit to be redeemed within 12 months.
Item(s) Returned To Sender
If you entered to wrong address during checkout and the item(s) are returned back to us due to your error then, you will be responsible for paying for a re-shipment. If you refuse a re-shipment and just want a refund then, you will be charge 15% of the total value of your item(s) for restocking.

- Request refund - 15% restocking charge
Tracking Your Order
When you place an order and it's been despatched, we will assign a shipment tracking number to that order. Please note that tracking numbers may take several days to activate and show any activity with the carriers, in some cases if your tracking number does not show any activity after 5 days of despatch then, it is likely that the shipping company has delayed scanning, please be patient and wait a further 24 hours for your parcel to be trackable.
